Reminders aren't working on my phone
Some Android OEMs (Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, OnePlus) aggressively kill background apps. Open phone Settings → Apps → Daion → Battery, and disable battery optimization. On Xiaomi specifically, also enable "Autostart" for Daion.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Daion → Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the current billing period.
My data didn't sync
Make sure you're signed in and online. Pull-to-refresh on the Today screen, or open Settings → Account → Force sync. If a sync still hangs, sign out and back in — your local data is preserved.
I lost my streak — can I get it back?
Open Settings → Streaks → Recent activity. If you missed a day in the last week, your weekly freeze credit may already cover it. Otherwise email us with your account email and we'll restore manually.
How do I export my data?
Settings → Account → Export. You'll get a plain JSON file with every habit, log, mood entry and routine. Yours forever.
